14 days from the day you received the decision. A missed deadline is very difficult to restore, so contact us right away.

Where is the appeal filed?

To the Head of the Office for Foreigners (Szef Urzędu do Spraw Cudzoziemców) through the Voivode who issued the decision. We take care of filing it.

Can I appeal a card issued for 1 year?

Yes. If the card was issued for a shorter period than you applied for, this decision can also be appealed.

How much does it cost?

700 zł. If the decision is changed in your favor, the card is paid for separately — 100 zł.
