Usually from 8 months to 1.5 years — it depends on the type of card and the office's workload.

What if my application is rejected?

It all depends on the reason. If the decision is wrong, it can be appealed — we will analyze the situation and prepare an appeal.

Can I get a residence card without a job or a business?

No. Temporary residence requires grounds: official employment, business activity, marriage to a Polish citizen, living with your spouse, or studies.

Do I have a chance without a registered address?

Yes. If you apply based on work, you don't need to confirm your place of residence. On other grounds, a rental agreement is enough.

I work as a student and don't pay taxes. Can I apply for a card?

Yes, but you will also need private health insurance.

Can I submit documents in person soon?

Appointments for in-person submission are given in order of the queue and are usually scheduled 5–6 weeks ahead.
